研發團隊致力于以生物大分子為基礎的多基元自組裝結構的構建及功能化研究,開發了功能定制化、極具臨床轉化前景的智能藥物載體,為重大疾病診療提供了新穎策略。已在Nature MaterialsNature BiotechnologyNature Communications等國際知名雜志上發表科研論文100余篇。團隊首次實現了DNA納米機器在活體水平腫瘤治療中的應用(Nat. Biotechnol., 2018, 36, 258),相關成果入選2018年中國科學十大進展;設計開發了在腫瘤免疫治療中展現良好的治療效果及長期免疫記憶效果的DNA納米機器疫苗(Nat. Mater., 2021, 20, 421),相關成果入選2020科創中國先導技術榜單,并申請國內專利以及PCT專利。
